while i completely understand that he still doesnt have a lovely yet useless standard receptiopnist of "may i take your call, and we'll get back you " from the client point view its very stressing not get any response. Its like bringin up an application for the first time and not even see an hourglass ,you don't even know if you clicked on the shortcut. Personally i dont care if get a reply of "currently working hard on kits, but I'll get back to you in few " , but i understand its still its in infancy(part of the charm) so i bide my time, but i understand how others may not be used to it.
