Looking for voltage/advice new build 60v vs 90v

All wheel drive for snow conditions sounds like a good idea.
Cost for 3 motors certainly adds to the development budget.
Have you considered a used Velo to get the project started ?
Used on BentRider
Happy trails

Greatly appreciate any scientific info and ratios. Im hoping to have a faired vehicle similarity to toe cutters, but usable in the snow belt here. My initial thought was hub motors on each front wheel at 1.5kw-2kw range peaking maybe around 5 if I went momentarily stupid, but coupled with a rear mid drive system thats 5-10kw. I'd have the ability to switch between rear, front, and all wheel drive. I've been eyeballing the grin phaserunner for the front wheels to allow easier rolling when in rear drive. I guess my goals are lofty yes, im hoping to eliminate by car unless absolutely necessary im hoping the body drastically will reduce the drag and i still end up with decent range if not beating the snot out of it
Checked the prices today on a pair of grin's motor kits today, 3k per kit. Have not road in a couple of years not but my trike is setup on 72V. Grin's phase runner can handle 72v. 60v should be good unless you can not get the speed you need.
Have a 7T leafmotor on my trike to slow it down. Top speed is 33mph. That is fast enough for me with out full suspension.
When you go above 72V it cost more and everything is bigger.

Yeah I think ultimately the grins would be nice, but very pricey indeed. Im sort of rolling around some ideas. A used velo would potentially be an idea, however they obviously limit a potential passenger i think. Im thinking I may end up having to phase build the thing, ya know like phase 1 basic frame with rear suspension and maybe front probably rear drive, 2 would be additional motor, 3 could be front suspension of not added yet or some body work, just needing time to build and design. I do enjoy seeing others and gathering ideas and the encouragement from others giving their input as well, so thank you all

Most that start out have projects that want to do, Mine was a dual motor bike, thought one would not get me around. I'm 6'2" 270lb. Then I learned that there was no room for a big battery, and so on. As time goes on we learn and build our first one then plan for the next. You will figure it out most lose the interest but if it gets in your blood you keep going. Over time you will find things on sale or get deals or not want as much.
The grin motors are pricey but they have build a motor that is light for the power it gives and top tier support. I like them because if I ran dual motors they would need to be side mount on the front.

Thank you for the encouragement. I absolutely loved riding my ebike as trashtastic as it was, so hopefully I can get to working on this
