Hi there, i upgraded my battery from 48v 1000w to 52v 1500w battery and i assumed eventually it would blow and it has, so need a new controller to my 1000w voilamart hub. i did read you can put 2000w through that hub with no reliability issues and I've not even got to that. Just need to know what controller to plug in, i always have to solder the battery cables every time, don't mind a couple more if i know which ones to do and which controller matches? Thanks

No.

you need to post a *detailed* *complete* list of *exactly* what *specific* steps you have done, from the very beginning of this situation.

It's a 1000watt voilarmart hub wich I bought I 52volt battery and blew the controller so bought a new one and having these problems now

I ordered a new controller as othe blew up. Wired battery correctly wired 3 pin throttle correctly then what I done is rewired the hub and it was spinning freely both ways as it did prior to rewiring, I tested all different ways of the phase cables wired and messed with the 3 colours below hall sensors as the red and black are power and can't be rearranged. So where along the line its now locked from even trying to free spin disconnected from controller. Wich never happened till somewhere

Yup, sounds like you broke it. You probably fried something running/testing it too long under the wrong configurations.

Messing about with the phase and hall sensor wires something has gone wrong. It can still jutter in the direction it won't freely spin as in locked from my force trying to make it spin and cant

Broke what though?

Probably time to either open up the motor and see what you find, or follow Amberwolf's advice and supply complete information so people can help you. Some people find the latter easier, but others like the trial and error approach. Trial and error can be a more costly education, but everyone has a different learning style and budget to put toward that education.

No offense intended, but I only see various posts in two different threads, with disorganized, out-of-sequence, incomplete information, but I don't see a post with the complete step by step list of events and results.

The reason for asking for this is because we've already posted the likely problems (for example, my first post in this thread) but there's no post showing how you tested for those things and what your results were, to show that those things are not the problem. There are also unusual terms used taht aren't clear, one of which I asked about but was not answered at all.

Without knowing that specific problems have been eliminated, it's difficult at best to help you on to the next possibility.

It is very common for people to think they have posted all the details, when in fact they have posted hardly anything because they did think about it but it didn't end up in the words they actually posted. ;)

Thank you. But I thought I have gave every bit of information in multiple posts?

If your assumption is that the sole purpose of this forum is for providing you with advice, and the expectation is that all members read all of your posts in order to help you, then I think you have the wrong expectation. If you want anyone to help you, you have to make it easy by putting all the relevant information in one place. Maybe take some time to read the sticky threads on how to obtain advice.
Good luck

Took hub apart and broken the corner of the magnets on the inside of the wheel. Taken the bits out and now spin both ways again feeling just by my hand spinning it
