Which board version do you have? EB2xx or EB3xx - data connections differ. Have you emailed Edward?

Similar, but they sold different revisions at different times.
EB2xx and EB3xx use a different configuration on the wires, so if the case doesn't tell you which board revision you have, you'll have to pop open the case and look on the board.
