Hello everyone, I’m reverse-engineering a MiniMotors-style controller after the main cable of my blade x 60v30ah burned and cut several wires.
I’ve bridged the controller VCC to the 60 V battery rail (always on).
When powered, the controller pads read:
ZL = 20 V
TX = 3 V
RX = 19 V
SD = 0 V
The EY3 only powers on when GND → controller GND and white → controller VCC.
When ON, the orange wire outputs 60 V.
Feeding 60 V to the red EY3 wire burned its internal hall sensor, so I had to replace it.
I’m trying to confirm:

I’m trying to confirm:
- What the ZL, SD, and SC pads actually do.
- Where the EY3 orange “ON” wire should properly connect on the controller.
