Hello everyone, I’m reverse-engineering a MiniMotors-style controller after the main cable of my blade x 60v30ah burned and cut several wires.
I’ve bridged the controller VCC to the 60 V battery rail (always on).
When powered, the controller pads read:
ZL = 20 V
TX = 3 V
RX = 19 V
SD = 0 V
The EY3 only powers on when GND → controller GND and white → controller VCC.
When ON, the orange wire outputs 60 V.
Feeding 60 V to the red EY3 wire burned its internal hall sensor, so I had to replace it.
I’m trying to confirm:
  • What the ZL, SD, and SC pads actually do.
  • Where the EY3 orange “ON” wire should properly connect on the controller.
I’ve been trying to figure this out for weeks in my limited time between work and family, so any help or insight would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!
