Pairing Motor and Controller Question

Hi people! This is my first post so apologise if this is in the wrong place.

So I'm looking at upgrading my bike to a quicker top speed, I currently run a KT48ZWSRM 48v, 11A rated, 22A Max with an LCD5, motor is a Bafang G60, and I run two 6S LiPos, with a fully charged voltage of 50.5v. My plan at the moment is to add a 4S Lipo to the pack giving me a 16S LiPo pack and a fully charged voltage of about 68v, obviously I'll need to change out my controller to do this, I don't want to break the bank so was looking at a Luna Cycle 48v - 72v ( https://lunacycle.com/replacement-48-72v-cyclone-ebike-controller/ ) and changing the LCD5 out for a ( https://lunacycle.com/luna-fixed-replacement-mighty-mini-500c-display/ ).

My question is the connections on the controller look similar but different to my motors, has anyone had any experience with these controllers? If anyone has any other suggestions I'm open to ideas! I've thought about spending a little more on a programmable controller but don't know how I'd wire a screen in or add my throttle, PAS Sensors, break cut-offs etc. Thanks in advance.

Why not add 2S for 14S and see how you get on? That way, you don't have to change anything other than keep an eye on your low voltage. You can always add another 2S later and change your controller if it's still not enough.

Why not add 2S for 14S and see how you get on? That way, you don't have to change anything other than keep an eye on your low voltage. You can always add another 2S later and change your controller if it's still not enough.

I like this idea, however the cost of a 12,000mah 2S Lipo is about £78 so would rather go straight to a 4S for £89 or another 6S for £90, you know what I mean?

I honestly don't think I'll be able to get the LCD5 and the Luna Controller to work together, I'm fairly sure the LCD5 Screens only work with KT Controllers, I think I'll have to buy a Luna Screen to work with the controller.

I mean the luna display. The controller has no connection for a display.
