Phaserunner error codes and connectivity issues

I recently bought a Phaserunner, Crystalyte H and a CA3. Did the auto tune when first installed and have been working for a week to get everything neatly installed and mounted properly on my recumbent trike. Today I modified the Phaserunner settings to better align it with the correct specifications for my battery. Now, nothing works, no power when I use the throttle. I cannot connect my computer to Phaserunner and I am getting blinking lights of 4, then 6.

As these are my first error codes, I'm not sure how to read them. I downloaded the PDF manual for the PR but am not able to figure out what the 1-, 2-, 3- is before some of the code numbers.

Also, any clue how to get the PR to reconnect to my computer. I have powered off, unplugged power and other cables several times, to no avail. I also checked the TTL cable and it will work on the CA3. Did work on the PR previously. Even tried connecting my other battery.

MIght be: LowSOCFLDBK (flash code 6,4)

I didn't find a 4,6 code

Have you tried disconnecting the battery, then turning the power switch on, then off, then reconnecting the battery again and powering up?

Also, try reloading the PR software and the: The drivers for the FTDI chipset inside the USB-TTL adapter can be found through FTDI here - http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm

It seems the problem was user error....me! I altered the PR settings, but most likely the problem occurred because i corrupted some deep setting due to BAUD the communication rate while trying to upload to the PR. Once I lowered the BAUD communication rate, I was able to reestablish communication. Fortunately I had saved the XML file that came with the PR when I bought it. All is repaired and I have a newfound appreciation for what all one can do with the Phaserunner.

Special thanks to Justin for his quick assistance, pointing me to the information on how to fix this that I had missed.

2 flashes - pause - 2 flashes - pause, continuous. Shut off overnight rides fine. No manual and sparse 4G at the time.

That was after climbing Palo Duro park an 1100 foot ascent over 5 miles with 10% grades in long switchbacks. Burn rate was about 1000 watts for about 20 minutes.

Phaserunner base felt about 110 degrees in the 100 degree air.

Guessing it tripped an internal overtemp shutdown event.

Any clues, it just seemed like the heatsink was rather cool for an overheat but this is as hard as I have ever pushed it too.
