Well for a little over a year I've been actively participating on rewards earning sites. I've made close to $1,500.00 doing them and most of that has been earned in the last 6 months. I can average anywhere between $10-20.00 a day.
The reason why I'm posting this is to help out forum members with tight budgets who have some free time. I'm also typing this up to help myself. I've been unemployed for over 4 years. I can't find a job, I've had numerous interviews, I tried going back to school etc.
With my points earnings I've been able to purchase my Mom a 10" Lenovo tablet, parts for my e bikes, a front hub kit for $268.00, a rear Currie kit for $289.00, a couple video games, other gifts for my Mom and other stuff I didn't keep track of.
On these sites you earn points to redeem them for gift cards, paypal money and one site lets you do some of your earnings as cash as well as lets you redeem points for virtual visa gift card which can be used online. You can get amazon, Walmart, Gamestop, various fast (and not so fast) food and other retail chain gift cards. These sites do not cost anything to join; they just require time and patience.
The three main sites I use are:

3. http://www.irazoo.com
These sites are pretty much all the same as far as earning goes. They have surveys, offers (free and paid for), games, video clips, activities, treasure codes, points for online searches, occasionally they have team games for special events etc. You also get points you earn for getting referrals. I've made all my money without any referrals
For every referral on swagbucks, you make 10% based on what your referral makes. They make a 100 points you make 10, 1000 you make a 100 and I don't believe there is a cap on points or referrals.
On irazoo you get points when you referrals use their search and win function up to a total of 3000 points which is basically $5.00.
On points2shop you get $.50 for every referral and this also helps you level up on their site. The higher your level, the more earning opportunities you get.
Now the part about helping myself. I need referrals.
