While I think others are right you will need to find where you want to be on the bicycle-motorcycle spectrum and choose parts accordingly for things like load ratings I think that's been covered decently well by others.
The issue I think you need to consider is the gearing and running of that motor, I don't think it's going to be as powerful as you think, not unless you intend to melt it. That motor is rated at 24Kw at 20K RPM and only at 20K RPM. Anything less you won't be able to push that much power or the related phase amps. So if you want to get real power you of course need to consider gearing and KV and battery voltage to make sure you can get there with probably a lot of headroom, that is to make 24kw at 20K RPM the no load speed, so KV times voltage, will have to be way higher than 20K RPM. Phase amps is the other factor and figuring out that depends on Kv and various other motor parameters we would be guessing at without more motor data but it's probably well below 400A before you saturate the core.
