SMD LVC project

I've decided to resurrect the SMD lvc project but widen its scope to include the HVC circuit, my aim is to provide a simple basic level of protection for your lithium battery pack.
It will be based on Gary's design as the last one was with the advantage as before of SMD so the vibration of the bike will not harm the wires of through hole components, the resistors of the hvc circuit will be through hole to allow diferent HVC voltages to be chosen, i will work these out the voltage can be chosen at time of purchase.

The LVC circuit as before links to the throttle as before.
The HVC circuit will link to the charger by whatever method you choose, I will be designing the simplest type I can think of, cutting the power to the charger on the AC end, this simple circuit will require its own power inn the form of a USB surpply as usb chargers are easy to find.

This is to start off being done as a project for myself only, PCB made in the UK with through hole components throughout, there will be no parallel board stacking as it is a waist of expensive uk pcb manufacturing, if there is enough interesting will then find a company in china to make the SMD version.
