Nice - I considered A123 20AH modules but I'm too cheap to get them (using thundersky 40AH instead).

Nice build!!

You will love the performance of these cells.

I had reported on the forum a while ago the problem with the plate bending on these kit

This reduce the conductibility by a significant factor.. well depend on your use and C rate..

Would bending the plate before screwing work? just 2 or 3 mm...

Your idea is ingenious and simple!
Here is the battery inside the scooter.

Nice work!

Hi Yokneamcity,
This is good work :D I like the cell compression
Is the scooter working well?

What range are you getting?

Awesome work!! makes mine look like I threw it together from an upstairs window!!

The coppers in Tenerife have been using these scooters for years, they look quite good.

Hi Flexy!
Sorry for late reply.
Today after the upgrade mileage is 4000 km.( 80 cycles of charge-discharge).

How is the performance now, top speed, range?

Everything else works, including displays?

Those solder-less connectors look neat!

What did the solderless connector kit cost from OSN Power?
