Velo Trike identification

Can anyone tell what this velomobile is or what trike it is built around. Found it at a scrap place and I'm trying to get some more info before I take on this project.

What velomobile are you wanting info on? At the least, a picture would help. I recommend using the Attachments tab below the box you type in, so that the image will be visible to anyone that can see your post. (if you link to external images, sometimes it doesn't work, such as the site hosting the image blocks external viewing, etc).
