Which battery do I need?

Thanks, even with 9000mah ( which I'll probably go for ) I think 30 cells would be nice, 90 AAs and scavenged but robust B&D - rather a headache.
The interesting bits are easier to describe- redundant bb has drill on right, cassette freewheel on left. This has filed 11tooth cog which catches the drive side of the chain. The cranks have 40,55 cogs and 6 jockey wheels behind a guard. With the chain in this position the bike will run with motor and feet stationary on pedals.
Both these innovations appear, surprisingly, to work but there is some friction!
Cheers.

why not just use a regular hub motor or mid drive motor and a regular lifepo4 pack? seems a better option. plus you don't lose the drill. it will die, and fast. you can smell it after a few minutes. my makita went mixing a bucket of paint.

It's the journey that I enjoy. since I don't really need an electric, streamlined recumbent I begrudge every £ and I consider there are drawbacks to both hub-motors and to lithium batteries.
