has to do cell board config...
crea2k said:sacko said:Plugged it all in this morning and had a few error messages as I have not done the full setup (I presume).
Could someone explain what is meant by this;
Next, enter the Menu -> BMS setup -> BMS setup. There made all the settings BMS.
Each expansion card should have your number. The new BMS expansion cards are numbered in order and are numbered from 1 to 7.
In the configuration of BMS (Channel A config) must specify how many cells which extension serves. The extension module may be either off (0 cells), or 2,3 or 4 to interrogate the cell.
Poll 1 cell expansion module can not. So if you have the last expansion module accounts for one cell, then the penultimate board takes another cell and 3-cell configuration is obtained on the second board and 2 on the latter.

Any help would be appreciated![]()
By the look of your cell monitor one of the connectors is either in the wrong socket or not wired up right.

Board 2 is blown through my earlier endeavors it would seem.
As Crea2k suggested earlier, skip board to and re-assign the cells to another board.
the startup screen is not accurate for some reason. hit right button until you get health monitor, then go up. f/w version should be listed at bottom.Metallover said:When I flash the bike it doesn't turn out to be any newer than RC8F. Am is missing something?

We recorded a few cases where controller burned due to wrong actions and (or) the old firmware. When you charge with and older firmware for several hours, like 8. This is now fixed with the new Firmware.
For safe charging you need:
1) Flash controller to the latest firmware
2) Before connecting the charger set controller to charging mode (left-up of the main screen)
3) Connect the charger
4) Connect the charger to a wall outlet
5) When finished, disconnect the charger from the wall outlet
6) Disconnect the charger from the controller.
7) Exit charge mode(button "down" on the screen of charge)
Paragraphs 3.4 and 5.6 can be swapped, but it is better to do it like above.
And about the new versions being slower on acceleration. This is because older version like rc7b did not limit phase current at the exact set value. So if you did set 250 it overshoot by 50, meaning you actually had 300.
Also, the new firmware will have support for PAS. But DC-DC mode will only be available in the unlocked version.

Allex: for how long can the max-E sustain its 15kW output rating? The min-E its 6kW rating?
