Hey guys
I live in Richmond united kingdom and work near Fenchurch street. Ive done about 700 miles on my bbs02 750w and recently is been making a clicking crunching sound only when I pedal. I have disconnected the chain and pedalled and the noise is still there. From this I assume its the motor? I'm going to tighten all the screws that attach it to the frame this weekend in case its that.
Does anyone know anyone who would service or repairs electric bikes especially bbs02 motors around London? I really don't want to spend the time taking the motor apart. I have seen a few posts where they suggest various fixes so know its repairable.
The only people I could find where nipnip basted near waterloo. I emailed them to confirm a time slot and rode down in my lunch hour. I turned up and the guy said we are having a meeting can I come back in half an hour. I said I came in my lunch at the time you suggested I'd like to leave it with you. He walked me out of the shop and said bring it back another time I can't help you. Basically he organised via email for me to bring it in, then when I arrived to told me politely to F off. Rather not go back there again!
Can anyone suggest a person or shop that would be able to fix the issue? Any help or suggestion would be hugely appreciated!
