Hi izeman, this is an excellent idea and excecution on the klein. Very well done. I'm definitely jealous of the skill to remake the swingarm!
I have a query: what are the bushings like in the mantra frame? I've never had mine apart, and they are still silky smooth. But the reason I ask is I am working on another single pivot, and it uses these oiless bearing sleeves, and coated alloy bushings.
I am trying to figure out what to expect for durability.
I expected a bearing, but the assembly comes apart like the mantra with a press, so maybe they are similar and I don't need to worry?

what you have here on the pictures looks like what i had on the mantra.
those are nylon bushing which did look fine still. i didn't change that. i also re-used this super smooth coated axle.
