Has anybody had any experience dealing with Zhejiang Jueshuai Electrical&Mechanical Technology Co. Ltd.? And what about the process of going through Alibaba? I've never even bought anything through them.
And does anybody have an opinion on this company's bikes or scooters?
Look at the pdf attachment for an example of their pricing. Some of the spec info is confusing.
Naturally, if I were a customer, I'd try to order without the SLA (or over-priced Li-ion option). battery and put in my own Li-Poly one, but I'm not sure if that's possible.
And I believe in bike-size (26" at least) wheels rather than the small 14" scooter ones, but I'm asking for someone else who wanted my opinion on the scooters. I told them I would ask in the group.

I don't know what the deal is on shipping, but I understand you don't need to buy any more than one item. They call that a sample order. I'm emailing them for info.

Nehmo,

Those prices are based on 20ft and 40ft containers full of them, and do not include shipping from China. While I've purchased directly from factories in China, there's no way recommend someone sink funds into bulk quantities of cheapie low power escooters, unpedalable emopets, or ebikes without testing them in person. Low power and still set up with lead batts is real bottom of the market stuff I personally wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole. Maybe if you can find one locally with dead lead batteries for under $100 and fix it up. You'd still have a rattly plastic POS that is potentially somewhat reliable transportation. For a lightweight rider you might even get away with only replacing the controller and battery, and make use of the stock motor.
