Happyrun Tank G50 wires/controller help!!

I recently purchased a HappyRun Tank G50 from Craigslist. I got it cheap so I couldn't pass it up. There's a few issues that need to be addressed and everything else is there. The bike's display connector (JST) and the front/rear light connectors had been cut off. Also the controller was cut and I needed to order a new one which I did and it's the one pictured. have the three large phase wires hooked the six smaller Halls and the large fat Juliet connector, that has both brake sensors, lights, blinkers horn, key switch/voltmeter and throttle going into it. I am left with five jst connectors that I am not sure where they plug into. I have extra connectors from past bikes that I could put on the missing wires. I know you are not supposed to pay attention to the color of the wire due to so many different manufacturers using different color schematics so I'm trying to look at it a different way.
I already spent $100 on a new controller and am eager to ride this thing already. I dont know why but im really stuck here and scratching my head. If anyone has any input i would greatly appreciate the knowledge.
