this is on the long cable that goes all the way down to the controller from the display with the 2 rows of LEDs & the up & down switch. On my Ezee bike this is a round 9 pin plug. I think what they call Julet. While on the display I bought it has one of those flat black plugs with 6 pins with a little pressdown catch on the side. Does anyone know if adapter cables are available, like say from Grin. The replacement display which is otherwise identical comes with a little printout saying “Ezee Battery Gauge Customised by Grin Technologies, Rev1.0” as the heading on it.

thanks very much

It seems I need a short adaptor cable with a JST-SM 6 pin female on one end & a Julet 8 pin female on the other end, if such a thing exists. Otherwise I’ll might have to cut & soldier the plugs around, but I’d be buggered if the 2 cables don’t share the same colour code.

You're in Ezee territory, Those connectors are rigged up with shunts to measure current, and aren't the same as display connectors most of us use. Bestto get back to Grin and see what they suggest.

Well I got it off some nobody on ebay, but I will send that bloke at Grin a quick email.
