Kaabo Mantis 10 Pro minimotor controller MOSFET identification

Hi there,
I have a Kaabo Mantis 10 Pro that won't go and I am pretty sure I have traced the issue to a failed MOSFET in the Minimotors controller. Soldering in a new set of MOSFET's is something I'm capable of but I cannot find out what model MOSFET to buy from Aliexpress. The numbers on the existing MOSFET's don't match anything online that I can find. There was a previous post on this topic but it failed to mention a part number.

Hi amberwolf - that is very helpful! Funny thing is I had found that photo during my searchings but it was on a Chinese website and from what I could ascertain was a discontinued product but the info you've given is useful since NCEO1H13 is still a current product available on Aliexpress.
