Hi - I find the tilting essential (in curves) beyond about 7km/h......my school physics says that tilting allows balancing the centripetal force by moving the CoG the other way.....whatever it is, without tilting I feel like I am riding a shopping trolley which is about to tip!

RE speed, I find the tilting much easier to control at 15mph, at slow speeds it can be very hard to control (floppy), but the product in this thread claims to have improved that with a different geometry which is my interest in following the thread.

I find that these three wheelers (especially with small wheels) do not have the killer advantage of two wheeled bikes with a big wheel up front which (especially as it goes faster, and with the right rake etc) naturally wants to go straight on which really helps keeping upright, and where micro-turning the handlebars constantly centres the bike under you to stay upright.
Yes now I recognize your picture is Chike I ever rode before, it's steer column(head tube) angle is too much backward than the king pin of steer knuckles so there is phase lag, when rides slowly the trike feels like to fall over inward, that is Chike's failure but not happened in others;except this, Chike's performace is better than the other cargo trikes yet my work better than it

I think your idea is great, and would even love to adapt one to one of my semi recumbent bikes. But why would it be so expensive?

If you build it from the beginning, you'll know why, in fact; I'd sold the front end kit cheaper than it deserves many times, but the market advice me to correct my point of view

PS;the complete bike in EU is not mine

5L bottle water has more clearance with crank than 6L, better for XC riding, and I suppose it's easier to get 5L bottle water worldwide

It's been more than 4 months the bike didn't work since the hub motor easily accumulate heat that make the planetary gears frame deformed causes noise even seized, finally parched the grease of the rear sprocket and stuck the ratchet

Replaced the 500 w hub motor and installed a 350 w one, I rode the bike 117 km last weekend, the mileage also increased from 55 km/1 battery to 80(16 Ah) & 95 km(17.5Ah) Batteries, young people could ride the bike in a speed 25~30km/hr 200+ km/day in a journey

TREgo is available in the EU/Germany cost about 900eu. A tilt trike front conversion of which there ae two options.
I know one option simply sits in a QR 9mm x 100mm drop out.

They're the same in that when you put wheels side by side, they are not much use.

Its a nice layout with proven results.

Monoshock is similar to one I'm modeling for a tilting scorpion without the ARB Gizmo.
