I just recently acquired a sweet Enduro. it uses a Leili LL72150-UART controller. The bike is 72 volt, 12k watt hub motor, im told the controller is based around 150 amps.

I am trying to find a way to connect to the controller for tuning and diagnostic purposes. I am pretty sure this is the data connection. (see pic attached).

if anyone could point me in the right direction for what hardware software i can use to communicate? Im trying to avoid buying a whole new controller unit. I dont mind soldering or making my own cables.

I have never seen software for that model, but it must exist somewhere. The manufacturer would be a starting point.

I was told that it's very similar to a Sabvoton and softare MIGHT work. It has no USB port to connect to so that's where I'm starting. The picture I attached I have what I'm pretty certain is a data/diagnostic 4 pin connector. Grok seems to agree it's for data.

I have no problem soldering my own connector up or even rigging a UART 4 pin connection. Obviously if it speaks a language only the manufacturer understands I'm out of luck. I contacted the bike manufacturer Enduro Bikes, and I have yet to get a response from customer service or tech support thru whats app. These are very popular bikes I have so assume someone some where has my same controller and at least tried to connect and re-flash data.

I should note I do a LOT of EEPROM work in my day job. I have tools already to read IC data. Once again unless I have something to tell me what the hex data is, it's all useless.
