Probably a good idea to prepare a waiver, can you copy PaulD's wording?
Alternative wording:
"I the undersigned know that the bike is dangerous, right?
Signed : ___________________"
Yes. Anyone who buys it and isn't an accomplished superbike racer or motocross or supermoto racer is very likely to be hurt badly the first time they go beyond half throttle. (if they ever have the balls to go over half-throttle, which kinda takes a death-wish)
I would feel better about selling someone my built 190hp GSXR-1000, because it feels fairly docile and tame to ride in comparison.
I think it should perhaps be sold as an art sculpture only, not to be ridden upon, and if they decide to ride it, they are accepting that the skin on there body is going to be smeared along asphalt.
