Latecurtis, it's all there. You need to seperate the kit parts and the parts I set so you know what is what.
The harness near the wheel is the series connectors and has nothing to do with the motor kit.
I assume the motor kit had 3 major pieces, wheel, controller and the throttle. A few other pieces like the pigtail for the battery to the controller and maybe a few more items.
Lc you need to run all four packs if you want them to live more than one trip. Cold kills the capacity in almost all batteries.
It sounds like will need to get some help from someone that understand electricity more than you do.
As for the fork, as I said before I need to know if it will fit the frame and handlebar stem.
I think you need to find a close ES member that would help you, one on one. i'm way out of reach and have no way to get there , especialy this time of year.
High of 32 today, no sun and I took a trip to a local lake for a ride. I sure don't know how I did it previous years but boy was it cold. Hands frozen, pecker froze and my feet got cold. That hasn't hapened before. Maybe I'm just getting old.
Third ride on the Multistart 16Ah packs. There ok but not like 20c Turnigy ones you got. But than again it was a lot colder than this summer
You have my # i'm here till about 10 pm your time after that the phone is dead, just like me.
Darkangel, thanks for the explanation on percentage of weight differances. Yeah the alloy fork weighs less than a steel one but on the road it won't make much change. Just about 5lbs more than the alloy.
