I'm curious, what voltage are you running? How many batteries in series for those volts?

Was so tempted to get one of these, but even I can't justify the price.

The most impressive thing is that with a torque sensor, you can even accurately measure the human input both as power and total energy.

Thanks though for the warning. The LIPO you tried to burn up is dangerous now! It might of charged and it might still work but you are playing with a hand grenade with the pin pulled. If it was discharged that low it is not a toy to trust.

I know you are the 1% here
I am lost without my CA-V2.3. I misplaced my v3, but I found it again. Too complicated for me.

Buying the cheapest unknown brand is rarely the way to get a "decent" item ... but, might get lucky?latecurtis said:I hope that 10.0 pack off e bay is decent quality. It is perfect for the 20" bike I am running currently. If it is decent I may order another one next month.
Donate to someone more appreciative!latecurtis said:... Also I will need to check the old packs Dan sent. I may try combining all four packs to see if they are capable of going downtown and back without slowing down. If four old 5.0 packs can't do what a single new 8.0 pack can then I must retire them.
Since I did not purchase a pellet rifle what is the proper way to dispose of used Lipo?
LC. out.

Should be good still ...
48V controller should have protected 44.4V Lipo from any severe damage-abuse.
Yes, for the umpteenth time ...LateCurtis said:They did however slow down running them with the Schwinn last year but cell voltage was around 3.7V. That is why I am questioning them.

First two 6000mah batteries I bought off eBay on a seller with a 99.8% rating were only 3200mah/2800mah, and one started to puff after 3 charges.
Wrote feedback as such on the item, and the seller generously offered to give me back $5 from a $200 order if I retracted my feedback. I laughed in his face (over email at least). I told him if he sent me the same two batteries again, so that I could parallel them into the promised capacity, I would, otherwise the feedback is honest and will remain.
