new wheel what now?

Hi all,
well finally got my puma rear 20" wheel today so ready to take my first dive into ebikes - have a lot of silly questions so bear with me the more knowledgeable amongst you.
first couple of things i need is tips on thing to do with the wheel itself ie do i need to loctite the spokes,how do i tighten the sprocket and disk to the correct levels? should i run electrical tape around the rim over the spoke nipple thingys before i put the tube and tyre on? etc etc
i guess i should post pics in the pics and vids section so i'll bung a few on there and any feedback here would be great.

Don't loctitie the spokes, gear cluster will self tighten as you pedal, tape over spoke nipples = good, dunno about the disc.

The sprocket and disc will self tighten so just do what you can to fit them.
DON"T loctite the spokes.
Tape is good but if you go to your LBS they should have a premade rubber ring that will fit and cover the spoke ends/nipples better, and if any spoke ends are visible above the nipples dremel them of smooth.
