Open source E-board in Europe

hey guys . why you need 12s ESC ? for 6374 ?

I use 5065 - highest KV (320-400) motors with 6S li-po or 7s lifepo4 .. and reach 35km/h with no problem .. see the calculator in my second post.

I also prefer 50mm motors because the space under the board is not much and 50mm motor is around 13mm far away from the ground. also 2x5065 is better than 1x6374 in my opinion

I love the ntm 5060.. it is small lightweight, will take up to 8s batts and is very zippy and fun.. Read everywhere the magnets fall off, but it has never happened to me.. (and i have used 4 of them so far)
My destroyer runs on 12s and a single tacon bigfoot 6264 and that combination is waaaaaayyyy more than anyone needs on a piece of wood without seatbelts or a roll cage... I have it 100% for bragging rights and for outracing dickhead cyclists on the bike route... Ive actually installed a smaller motor sprocket this week (going from 14t to 10t) as I have NEVER maxed out the trigger on my controller, and feel that temptation to do this might lead to my untimely demise...
My velociraptor on 6s and 5060s will do 40 kph everyday of the week...without getting untouchably hot...
Interestingly my velociraptor on my 245kv tacon will consistently roll faster (42kph)than the exact same setup using my 270kv ntm(40kph) on fully charged batts on the first sprint, on the same road, at the same weight......probably the added torque of the tacon allows less speed loss...
Also being so small you get tons of ground clearance, which allows their use even with dropdown decks...

I'm happy to share my first CNC / lathe milled pulleys.

I also have some 76mm wheels and 34XL pulley for them.

Something new here. You're using the XL pulley. Any real world testing done and what about belt durability? I considered using the family of trapezoidal teeth for my first e-board build, but the torque requirements were a factor since the belt could slip or strip.

My experience so far is only around 20 miles .. since the belt is for range 800-8000 rpm and power range 100-2000W I decide to use it.

I saw that all use HTD pulley belts but I started with XL and I'm satisfied until now.
