so, i made my deadline. been riding it and tweaking a little. next need upgrades. new rear shock, smaller pegs, front fork, rear brake, more batteries. a couple of other things. need to redo my "battery box" wich is a 50cal 100 round ammo can. and need 8mm bullets for my phase wires. and an ignition switch. need to run the resistors in 2s2p for my precharger, it only lets it reach 72v... and gets REAL warm. so when i get more bullets ill do that, and ill tidy up my harnesses and shorten them. find a spot for all my "control" wires. and get new bars. new front tire and rim... not exatly sure what size... but either a 17 or 19" rim... for sure. marzocchi front forks. maybe an old school fox vanilla rear shock. need to determine travel and ride height.. but yeah, heres the attrocious beast... some specs thus far...

batteries: 5x zippy flightmax 6s1p 8000mah, resulting in 30s1p 111v nominal 126v hvc 96lvc (my setting) 8hr (so far, 16ah soon)
controller settings: reprogramed to 40amp rated 100 phase, pulling 5096watts (then i screwed up and set it to 80/200 pulling 9600watts. lmao. what a blast!!!)
speed 1: 35% seems to put me right around 20, im happy
speed 2: havent really used it tbh.
speed 3: 99% the tire spins to 60mph (via ca) going to have to run gps on this one to be sure... but its fast. i hit atleast 50 on this setting and it was still going
im going to restet the controller to 50rated 110 phase and see how i like it for now. so i dont beat my batteries up too much. untill i get more batteries in a couple weeks.

sorry i havent updated in forever. ive been soo busy. i think we had 13 or so inches of snow in the past week, and work and then getting this up and running.... pulling long hours. im so happy its "done" and ready to go!!! cant wait to upgrade it.
