My 12-year old grandson & buddy decided they wanted to upgrade a Razor Standard Dirt Quad ATV (Version 19). I will pay for the purchase of components but need guidance on quality/reliability as to what to buy and confirmation that all new components will fit into the frame of the legacy Razor. Here is a preliminary list of upgraded components being considered:
1. Motor: upgrade from MY1016Z3 to My1020 which is 36V & 500W to be purchased from Unite Motor (L-faster Kits). Read this motor will work with a 11-tooth sprocket & 25H bike chain.
2. Motor mount:
will the above larger Unite Motor fit in the legacy Razor motor mount area with perhaps only the need to drill additional holes in this steel plate to securely mount the new motor? Also, will the legacy Razor chain guard still fit--especially if larger sprockets are required? If a new motor mount is required to secure the new motor, where should I buy it and will the legacy chain guard still fit.
3. Sprockets & Chains: legacy Razor has a 25-tooth sprocket & the axle has a 47-tooth sprocket. Legacy Razor chain is a T8F (8mm). If new sprockets or new chain required, what are its specs to work with this new motor and who should I buy them from?
4. Controller: The legacy Razor model controller is part number: HB2430-TYD6-FS-ROHS. I found the following upgraded Controller on Amazon: 36V 800W 30A Mfg. YiYun Model # YK31C-36-800 sold by Wild Power Sports. Is this a quality/reliable controller for this set-up?
5. Battery: I found the following lithium battery but not sure if is ideal. Also, it will be a very tight fit to replace the two legacy Razor lead-acid batteries in 12-volt pairs to create a 24-volt system. Perhaps securing it with Velcro strips will be adequate. Brand: BtrPower 36V 30A BMS 18AH (LiFePO4 Cell). Reported that it provide a 15 mile range but take 4-6 hours to re-charge. Assume that a battery charger will come with the battery.
6. Throttle: will my Razor's OEM throttle still work with the above set-up: OEM part number: W25143069043? This is a full twist grip, 6-wire configuration with 6-pin male plug for a 24 volts system. I assume throttle will need to be upgraded to either: 1. Acdanc 3-wire universal full twist throttle or 2. Golden Motor Ebike full twist throttle. Which of these do you recommend that is fully compatible with the above proposed components?

Anything else I need to be aware of not covered in above request?
