Hi guys,
I thought it would be just fair to publish also here. I found this forum so gr8 and informative before getting my head into building my first e-Bike and placing my order at the goldenmotor site.
Anyway, just a quick post announcing that i got my 2 kits of Magic pie 1000w with 48V (yes yes, i got both the front as well as the rear kits).
Gonna try install it on my 2010 Specialized Stump Jumper within the next few days. Hope that the rain will not stop the whole fun. I am building this bicycle in my mind for 2 months already
Took me ages to prepare bring it into my country without the custom notice. Gosh i put so much energy on this, i really hope it will worth it.
BTW : I have no idea how to install both kits on the same bike so i think i would have to settle for Rear as a starter. if anyone have an idea or diagram as to the correct setup of the wiring so as to allow me install both kits connected to 1 battery he will be more than blessed and personally appreciated.
I will post here later some guided slideshow as to my process, hopefully will have the time to make a video of how to as well . i found no such video for magic pie is available online in youtube.
Bummer : i still waiting the mailman to arrive with the universal torque arms i have ordered at cycle 9 and Battery sliding panel to fit in the rear rack (GM simply forgot to send it with the kits) so i will have some time to read and get prepared.
love is in the air.
