That correct, I am near a park which was previously a munitions factory and there are still some parts of the earth blast mounds there which were built with a 45 degree approx slope to the top, anything up to 20 feet high, with a flat top and a 45 degree approx drop slope on the other side. That why I have to drop down the gears to climb up the slope.

Tested my wife's bike after over 5000 miles yesterday.
1. Front tire is unbalanced. Shocks appear loose. Will replace tires sith new Schwalbes. Ordered an inexpensive air shock ZZT fork,
2..Bike has good power assist, almost too much for me., when pedalling, but using throttle causes motor to spin at high speed, It must be slipping,
This is a TSDZ2B. With double sprag clutch, I am guessing the outer clutch is slipping under throttle, but not when pedals are moving. That doesn't make sense. I will have to open it up. I do have a spare gear,

Trying to think the logic of what happens when one pedals and then uses the throttle, perhaps pedalling locks the "clutch(s)" tighter, so perhaps clean out the clutch(s) is the answer.
As per this. TSDZ2B Issue perhaps you should try something like a TF-90 spray which is a fast drying cleaning solvent degreaser 500ml or brake cleaner and lubricate with a light oil.

No the TSDZ2 is different to the TSDZ2B due to mounting hole positions and also the main gear with the clutch bearing are different diameters.

Thanks. I have the TSDZ2 version with 4 screws rather than 3, the cover on the 2B listing looks identical to mine but you never know. The ebikestuff.eu listing is for TSDZ2 but 60€/$ + shipping for the plastic cover without the seal (the seal is an extra 25 €/$!!!) is a bit much and more than I’m prepared to pay.
The AliExpress link doesn’t work for me it says item doesn’t exist.
Edit: the AE link is wonky bit I can see the difference… 81mm vs 88mm. Just my luck, it’ll be a struggle to find the part.

3D printing is possible, as I have had a go at printing a TSDZ2 cover modified to suit a TSDZ2B main gear, this was done by this guy on https://www.printables.com/model/1388714-tsdz2-to-tsdz2b-upgrade, have printed it as a test piece but at the moment have not been into it in anger as I can get the TSDZ2 cover, ordered a spare for the spares draw.
I have just checked a spare TSDZ2 body I have and it is a 3 screw as is the "new" spare TSDZ2 mid-drive I have boxed up, can you easily check the size of the thro' hole to see if it is 88mm or 81mm to to see if it is a 2 or 2B mid-drive.

I have newest OSF for 860C and eMTB assist level doesn’t work - 254 or 1 - it doesn’t change anything. How to repair it ?
Not sure if your question will be picked up quickly here but may be worth repeating your question here TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.
Anyone have their TSDZ2 thumb throttle get sticky and latches (like a cruise control and not return to zero). I bought a TSDZ2B kit (Varstrom) as a spare in case my TSDZ2 dies. The TSDZ2B thumb throttle is a different (superior) design where the entire outer circumference rotates and is much smoother in action. I swapped the TSDZ2B throttle over on my TSDZ2. Still have to test ride.
