Yeah, looks like an issue here if you intend to run 26" knobby tires. I think Torque bikes needs to modify their swing arm for more room. I assume it would not matter if you want to use 24" tires (may even make the swingarm stronger), but would be a problem if you ever wanted to run 26" knobby tires.
Would like to hear what torque bikes has to say about this.
Below is moonshines picture of his 26" tire and it looks very close also. I think he may have had enough clearance because his tire looks very worn down.
