Trying to find a thread

I've been searching for a thread I was wondering if anybody could point me to it. It was about a bike a guy built for a race in South America. He built the frame from scratch. He started by welding together the swing arm and mounted a mid drive motor on the swing arm. Something like a qs138 type motor. The thread follows the whole build and then he races the bike in an invitational race and wins. It's several pages long.
