Pretty good idea with this vlog! :)

Well done Artur. Smart move starting with them vblogs. It is nice to keep up.

Keep em vids coming. :)

Hi guys,
I live in Chile and this is my latest build, targeted for paved road use, but is light dirt road capable as well. Recently moved all parts to my new Vector frame from Arthur, previously had them on DJ frame. What a difference… Amazingly smooth and stable ride even on bad pavement. Probably fastest and most powerfull ebike in this country :D

Vector build Armands-03.jpg

These are the parts used:
Cromotor with temp probe from Methods, laced in 17 inch steel moped rim, front wheel 17 inch moped rim as well, rims and spokes from JRHolmes, dmr revolver 36h front hub
Samsung 20R 22s10p pack from Arthur (around 85-90v), no BMS
Zombiess modified 24fet 4110 controller (Infineon), programmed to 150a battery 250a phase, 120mm high flow cooling fan on top of it. Over 10kw acceleration
Zombiess throttle tamer, very usefull for smooth takeoffs
CA V3, 3 speed switch, ignition key, half twist throttle
ebrake levers, left for brake signal light, right lever activates 2nd ebrake setting (strongest), letting off throttle 1st, softer ebrake setting
Tires:
front Michelin Pilot Street 70/90x17 (2.50 equivalent), but will change it soon to Michelin M45 2.5x17 for a little better offroad traction and to match the rear
rear Michelin M45 2.75x17
moped tubes and dyna beads for auto wheel balancing
Rockshox domain u-turn suspension fork 115-160mm, set at 160mm travel, thru axle, strong single crowne, thick and firm 35mm steel stanchions
FOX DHX RC2 rear shock 216x53mm with 600lb spring
Avid bb7 203mm front and rear 203mm rotor disk brakes
BMX steel handlebars, bent for more comfortable street motorcycle-like angle, BMX stem
Ergon GP-1 BioKork grips
Led headlights 20w + 20w, taillight strip with brake signal, front and rear turn signals, motorcycle horn
Serfas Super Cruiser comfort seat (largest and most comfortable bicycle seat ever!)
kickstand from Arthur
34 and 24 tooth chainrings, 16t sprocket (gives me 2 speeds),shimano sora rear derailleur used just as chain tensioner
Top speed 73 km/h on fresh charge

Next upgrade - moped mudguards from www.puchshop.de

GREAT fun!!!

It's to give smoother throttle response, especially usefull on high power setups
Actually CA V3 has current throttle mode whith power ramp up and down tuning, which is ment for smoother response as well. I haven't compared throttle tamer to CA V3 current throttle setting on my Vector bike as I'd need to modify CA wiring a bit (I have another bike with CA V3 with right wiring and current throttle configuration works very well too), but Zombiess throttle tamer is a great alternative, I got it when I didn't have CA V3 yet, had V2 instead.

Thank you really much :)

Can´t wait for this news.  I wanna know whats going on in the future. And the most important thing: WHEN :O

The reason i posted that link was the spring was 750lbs most of the shocks i have seen come with a 550lbs spring EM3ev is highly recommended on ES i doubt they are fake ask them for quote in regards to the shipping.

BTW i purchased 2 of them yesterday the shocks have already been shipped i should have them early next week.

Cheaper to buy an RCP2 from cyclingdeal in Australia... ~95usd + freight.
Yes but they only have a 550lbs spring
I already have two of rcp2 shocks from Cycling deal but I'm 115kg and the rcp3 shocks from EM3EV have a 750lbs spring that should work better for me.

BTW if you live in Australia cyclingdeal.com.au ship goods free of charge if you spend over 50$ :D

Which fork do you recomment for me? 750lbs or 550? Im 17 years old, about 62 kilos and around 1,75 meters high... ?

I think 750lbs might be to stiff for you
550lbs or 650lbs rear shock spring maybe better for you but hey im no expert.
What spring rate are the lighter vector owners using?
