Hi Buddy !! finally i got the usb cable to connect the controller, but now im facing a issues with an error Hall Fault
 
That's hall throttle out of range. You need to configure the throttle upper and lower limits to be outside the range of your throttle. Does that make sense?
 
It's correct enough if the error disappeared. Those numbers appear conservative enough for a typical throttle.

The wider the spread between start and end voltages, the more granular the throttle range, meaning finer control is theoretically possible. But it's minor.

And you might be able to adjust out some of the deadband in the throttle by slightly lowering the "start voltage". But again, it's minor. Most of the deadband will be inherent to the mechanical workings of the throttle, only reducible by moving the magnet or restricting the return position with a pin or screw or something.
 
Thank you for the answer, but I have a bit different problem. The app tell me that the battery Voltage is to high and the app read a wrong value. Like 64v but the battery pack is 52v(58.8v full charge).
Maybe it's cause because my em30s has 2.33 firmware 🤷

Hello. My 2500w TAILG Tiger scooter received a controller change, now use the EM-100SP (no CAN). The information and files from this group were of valuable help. Unfortunately now the speedometer console displays information out of range, and we have not been able to solve it: at the speed 35km/h, show 55 to 58km/h aproxx
We would like to know if this can be corrected by re-programming the new controller ?

No, the vol calibration is correct. On the pc I can see the right value. I don't know why when using the app have a problem. Seems that the app don't read the parameters, but use the default own parameters. I need to set up all parameters in the app before connecting?

When you connect, you have to correct the voltage if you use that app.
 
I try to change the parameters but the app crashes.
