Mine when I release the accelerator regenerates 1amp.Is there a port config in the software that allows for disabling the throttle and freewheeling the rear without regen?
Released throttle is great, but I would like a separate input for a killswitch. Is that possible without physically intercepting the throttle line?Mine when I release the accelerator regenerates 1amp.
and when I brake to 30amp.
is a votol150sp1 180a.
so I bought from aliexpress.
I can take photos of the 4 pages, if it works for you.
I posted my settings in my postReleased throttle is great,
Yours regenerates how many ampers if you release the accelerator. Is there a port config in the software that allows for disabling the throttle and freewheeling the rear without regen?
Yeah, I can get mine to freewheel okay when I release the throttle. I wanted to do that with a separate digital input.Yours regenerates how many ampers if you release the accelerator.
Share your Votol settings in your post construction
I need the EM30SP bin files if you still have them, siaecosys wont help.Ok. send me your e-mail. I'll send you the EM30SP.bin file.
the thing is... I tried to connect and it didn't work, maybe i was doing something wrong for sure.A minimal install is straightforward, no diagram necessary. All you need is: Halls to halls. Phases to phases. Power to power (battery). Throttle to throttle. Power switch on the purple. That'll do it.
You can add more stuff later, like speed and brake switches, lights, temperature probes, etc. but best to avoid them until you have motor function dialed in.
thank you so much for your response. I will do it as soon i reach home after work. Do you need to connect the controller to the computer yes or yes ?Throttle not working ... as in everything's wired up, you've configured the software for your motor, successfully saved the configuration settings to your controller, reconnected the controller to your PC, re-established the connection, are staring at the configuration screen, and it's showing 0.00V when you twist the throttle?
If so, test your throttle, then double/check the wiring. Votol has three throttle wires, like every other controller. They're bundled with two others on a six pin connector, but there's only three for the throttle. They're identified by colour and clearly labelled on Votol's diagrams.
If you're still unsuccessful after making another attempt at finding the correct throttle wires, use a multimeter to at least identify 5V and ground. They should be pink (5V) and black.(GND). Then post photos of your wiring and describe the photos.
Turns off the controller?Sorry this may not be the right place to ask, but here goes: what setting in a votol em 100 controller program turns it off automatically.
If you are using batteries only capable of 30A, two in parallel can only handle 60A. So you cannot set the controller any higher than 60A battery current limit, or you are exceeding the battery capability.Motor speed was around 5000, I changed amp from 65 to 85 and a couple of other things, and motor spun up to 7500. Test before changes 81 kph after 100 kph and it shut down, disconnected the batteries 2 off 76 volt 30 amp in parallel, ran again after connection..
