Votol em180 gts in a battery swap motorcycle

Hey everyone,
I just started working on my shop fixing an electric motorcycle sold here in Egypt under the brand name Pluto Volt.
it runs a VOTOL EM180 GTS as the main controller
a 4kW qs mid drive
and the battery is a swap system (30Ah)

I am looking to make some changes to the parameters on my motorcycle as well as being able to read error codes on customer’s motorcycle and in the future being able to take the motorcycles off the battery swap if the company happen to fail.
but I have hit a wall and unable to move forward..

if someone could please help as I have used up all my mental abilities to try to solve this issue
