Ive been looking for what bicycle frame this is, i cant seem to find it anywhere. It appears to be a cruiser with subtle differences, such as the handle bars (they look more like off-road bike hands), and the toptube has a point at which the width appears to begin, instead of the regular gradual increase in width.

What frame is this?

Also if anyone can identify anything else on this bike that would be helpful as well.

The bike is a Felt Cruiser, but it's out of production. They make several versions, one looking like a WW2 Harley called the Felt MP. with olive drab paint and leather accessories. Mine was the 1908 version. They were all beautifull bikes and built like tanks.

I believe you can still get the frame kits from them, but not cheap, and you can't order directly from Felt.

The electric motor is a 9C/MXUS/Clone style motor. the gas motor looks like one of the many generic chinese 4 stroke kits. they have a custom crank on it with an oversized chain ring for high speed pedaling. The front shock is not stock, and sadly looks like a Zoom fork.
I bet if you ask over on http://motorbicycling.com, you can get more details.

I found a Felt MP, but its a 3 speed, and the one i posted appears to be a single speed. The one i found is also missing the rear wheel metal cage thing (sorry, i dont know its technical term) and the front one as well.

Do you think these missing parts can still be installed? and also, I like the color of the seat and handle bars in the first photo if the MP that you posted. Would you know where i could find those?

The one you posted could have originally been a 3 speed or a single speed. the rear hub is missing and replaced by that rear hub motor. The "cage thing".. do you mean the rear rack, or the chain guard? The rack is there, it's partialy visable but has the black ammo cans bolted to the side of it. I don't think a conventional chain guard would fit that sprocket.

The parts are still offered by Felt, but not for sale direct to the public. Getting them can be tricky, but they are still made. http://www.feltbicycles.com/usa/2016/Parts/Cruiser.aspx
