I had 1600 miles on a dm02. 2 controllers hall sensors failed. Dead motor.
1200 miles on a dm01. 3 controllers. Pinion bearing exploded. Hall sensors failed.
also have specialized levo with 2800 miles. No problems.

As a concrete step to rectify this, we are prepared to provide you with the latest upgraded and rigorously tested controller (including Hall sensors) as replacements for your damaged motors. This new controller version features enhanced protection levels.
And we will also provide a set of bearing kits certified to a higher standard as well.
