If you want to be sure to get a V1 controller, order it at PSWPower..... does anyone know of an EU source for the TSDZ2 controller v1?
enerprof seem only to have v2.....
....
ok, didn't realise that was the reason, makes sense that the EU bureaucrats ruin everythingIf you want to be sure to get a V1 controller, order it at PSWPower.
The V2 controller is designed by reason of the EU regulations, meaning no change of speedlimit possible above 25km/h by the user of the bike. So there is a good chance other EU sellers do also sell the V2 version.
Gotcha. Believe I have it set for 12a and 700w max. I'll update and reflash.set up 16a top . use mostly low assist with levels 150w 250w 350w and max power 650w for a special occasion
small chainring and bigger cassetteHi new to this forum and owner to a tsdz2 for about 3 days. Great forum. I installed the motor on my missus bike. Its a small 3 gears with coaster brakes.
I live on a mountain and I have a long and steep hill before I get home. And I feel the motor dont give as much torque as I want during the climb up the hill. Im a big guy over 100 kg and the bike is small so I guess it is just to weak? 500w, 48V motor and 48v battery.
What options should I change to get more torque up the hill?
As always, it's the French's fault!ok, didn't realise that was the reason, makes sense that the EU bureaucrats ruin everything
Thanks for your response, china here I come!
Stupid question................. Where is the latest sw102 file?
I can only find 860c![]()
You set SOC->Calculation = Wh.Hi, is that a known issu. My battery SOC % is suddently wrong like 30% instead of 90%, but battery voltage is right. I attached pictures of display and battery configuration. Using latest v20.1C.4-860C-update-2 with 860C display and 36V 10,5ah battery. Might have to reflash it. Hope nothing to do with my battery BMS...
Cheers
Thank you![]()

Is there anything I can change in the settings to get more torque up the hill or is it only hardware I need to change?small chainring and bigger cassette

For information, the controller I ordered from pswpower (china) arrived and is V1 and currently running OSF nicely.ok, didn't realise that was the reason, makes sense that the EU bureaucrats ruin everything

heyhey . is there something user can do to mess with wh measure/count ? it worked before but I've changed some power levels and now it shows 0 wh consumed...
That is normal behaviour for stock version, because of ODO correction. Every value is measured with the speedvalue....it shows 0 for few km and then it is starting to measure consumption
...
noonono ... it shows 0 wh not 0 km ... it's like it's not measuring power consumption...That is normal behaviour for stock version, because of ODO correction. Every value is measured with the speedvalue.
If you don't care about ODO, you can disable that correction with the java configurator.
From the manual:
- Odometer compensation
Enable the compensation of the kilometers added when viewing the data.
Even when the bike is stationary, all data sent to the display increase the odometer.
By enabling this function, the distance added and not traveled is recovered, during this operation the speed displayed while driving remains at zero until the kilometers have been balanced.
Because it concerns two bikes with the same settings, can you please share your latest ini file from "experimental settings" folder?noonono ... it shows 0 wh not 0 km ... it's like it's not measuring power consumption...
I can't see wrong values.this file ?
