Bro, im concerned about em100 gtr. Ive seen many faulty em100 gtr over the communities. If you know what mosfets are used, please tell us. Mine happened mos short right after increase phase current over factory values (from 9000 to 9600).Mine is from dkys. I changed the bus bar amp to 100a, values for the three speed switch to 40,70,100, and did the self learning for my hall sensors, and the throttle ramping to 220. My son and I both rode around the yard a bit, it was fine, he was on the low setting at 40 amps, and was trying to pop wheelies, all was good, then he parked, the next day I went to get it out of the shed and it wouldn't do anything, over current faults when the throttle was touched or the wheel spun manually, then I had continuity between the power and yellow phase so I assumed the mosfets blew. This controller worked well at 48v, but when I upgraded the battery to 72v it died.
I think maybe the "gtr" is not up to the task.
What the motor& 10 pole pair its very tiny.... classic 205 motor have 23 pole pair...Update: I have the flux weak disable and seem work good. The controller put me on 48km/h. Now I need to found a solution to cooling better the controller. After 10km, the temperature rise up to 90c. After a cooling solution, I try to play with flux parameter.
Anyone have any suggestion about flux parameter for:

I found only a parameter for mid drive motor, or big hub motor.

Configure circunferencia (1987mm) 16Par y offset /10 (?). Cambió varios parámetros pero la pantalla sigue indicando 10-15km/h más de gps y recorrido en 10km sube a 11,4km.
No encuentro ningún ajuste correcto.
¿Alguna sugerencia, por favor...?
Thanks, You are right! I make it wrong pole number. Is exactly 20. Unfortunately I not have a display and I not take the difference. With 10 pole pair, the motor spin well and have a torque to be espected, but spin at half rpm, and when you active the HDC with 1100rpm the result is a cut of power when reach the RPM limit. I think an another problem because the controller cut to half power in a shot, not gently.most scooter hub motor have 30 magnets = 15 pole pairs.. higher wattage have thicker stator.

I'm use the phone with a gps tachometer and notice that the controller cut at the same speed every time.
The result is the 50% of "calculated" speed.

Good software, work fine with ItHi.
In this few day I play a lot with the software setting.
Many option seems to not make any affect. Like the busbar current etc.
On the web I found another software that seems more truly.
I check the config import/export file and is identical a work better than the software that the seller send me (dun electric).

In this software, the busbar current is the REGEN current! I try it and really, is the regen max current!
The website is in Indonesian, but is "readable" with a translator.

Двигатель начинает резко набирать обороты после 1050 об/мин (около 67 миль в час) и будет набирать обороты в диапазоне от 67 до 80 без перемещения дроссельной заслонки из ее положения.
