ETTRONE Tempesta Replacement Front Fork?

I bought a new ebike off of someone on FB marketplace but it is missing the front forks. The ebike is an ETTRONE Tempesta. They might be out of business. Here are the specs: The top of the frame has a bearing in it with the inside diameter of 30.0mm or 1.18 inches. The bottom of the frame has a bearing in it that has the inside diameter of 39.9mm or 1.57 inches. The length of the frame from top to bottom that accepts the steerer tube is 165mm or 6.5 inches. The fork that was on the bike before it got lost was a MOZO Fatman shock fork. I'm having a difficult time sourcing one because I think I might need a tapered steerer tube to fit the top and bottom bearings in the frame. Could anyone direct me to a source that would be a replacement fork for this ebike? Thanks,
